Download and upload speed monitoring

Read live download and upload values and what causes them to change.

Download is data coming to your PC; upload is data leaving it. Both vary second by second depending on what is running.

Home connections often have much lower upload than download, so a cloud backup can saturate upload and slow other things down. Watching both values reveals that quickly.
