Updating NetSpeedDisplay

How to move to a newer release while keeping your settings.

1. Check the release notes for changes.
2. Back up your settings folder (see portable configuration).
3. Download the new release from the official page and verify it.
4. Close NetSpeedDisplay, then replace or install over the old version as the release instructions say.
