Keep NetSpeedDisplay and its settings in a single folder.

Whether NetSpeedDisplay stores its settings beside the program or in your user profile is pending verification.

If it is portable, keep the program in a folder you can write to, back up the whole folder, and copy it to move your setup. See updates for keeping settings during an upgrade.
