Network adapter selection

Choose which Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN or other adapter is measured.

Windows PCs often have several adapters. NetSpeedDisplay can pick one automatically, or you can choose manually.

When to choose manually

• You switch between Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
• You use a VPN and numbers look different from what you expect.
• Speed reads zero while you are clearly online.
