How to monitor data usage on Windows

Find per-app data usage and keep track over time.

Open Settings → Network & internet → Data usage for per-app totals. You can set a data limit there for metered connections.

For rates in real time or longer history, use a monitor (traffic statistics). Provider billing may differ from any PC-side figure.
